Emma Gwillim
Specialising in stress, grief and life transitions, where anxiety, panic, sleep issues or emotional shutdown have become part of daily life.

I specialise in supporting adults affected by prolonged stress, grief and life transitions, where anxiety, panic, sleep issues or emotional shutdown have become part of daily life.
My approach applies trauma-informed yoga and yoga nidra as nervous system support — gentle, relational and choice-led — informed by somatic therapy, applied polyvagal theory and counselling training. I offer a non-pathologising space for people seeking to rebuild safety, rest and connection in their bodies.
I am trained in multiple styles of yoga - including hatha, yin, restorative, yoga nidra and children’s yoga, as well as applied polyvagal theory for therapeutic yoga for trauma. I’m also a Master Practitioner of NLP and coach.
Most importantly, it is my own lived experience of trauma and chronic anxiety that lead me to the transformational power of yoga and mindfulness and motivates me to share this with others.
