Contact Me

We really appreciate the amount of interest in our work. As a very small team we are unable to respond to all emails so will no longer be replying to emails asking for general therapy advice or asking about individual therapy. If you need a therapist, you can contact one of our friends, here.

You can still contact us about training with us, mentoring and to ask for recommendations of Trauma Informed Yoga teachers.

Unfortunately we are not taking on new therapy clients as the waiting list is in excess of 2 years. The waiting list is also closed. We are unable to reply to emails about this.

Ellen is our Holistic Support Assistant and will be happy to get back to you about training, mentoring or Trauma Informed Yoga recommendations. (secure email address)

My Therapy clinic is in a beautifully decorated, accessible venue with on-site free parking.

Sorrel Bank House

Room 3, 2nd Floor (has ramp and lift access)

25 Bolton Road

M6 7HL

You must have an appointment. Please do not turn up without one.

Head towards the chemist and go up the ramp or steps. Our entrance is right next to it. This entrance is separate to the GP practice also based at Sorrel Bank House.

Wearing a face covering is optional.

Buzz the buzzer when you arrive. Please note I may not be able to respond if you are more than 10 minutes early and I am in a session or doing the cleaning. We do have a waiting area you can use once you are inside the building. If the door is open and you know where you're going, please come in, I will call you from the waiting room at your appointment time.

Another practitioner may answer the buzzer, just let them know you are here for Trauma Therapy Manchester. They may ask you to wait outside or be able to show you in.

Please sanitize your hands when you enter my clinic room (rather than entering the building - or both).

Our facility is conveniently located 2 miles from Manchester City Centre and is easily accessible from the motorway network.

Please note – some Satnavs take visitors using the post code to the ambulance station on Charles Street. Please enter Sorrel Bank House or Sorrel Bank Medical Centre into your satnav to ensure you find us easily.

If approaching from the M602, take the exit for Salford A5063 and follow the signs for the A6 for Broad Street. You will come to a junction with McDonalds on your right-hand side. Turn left here, stay in the middle lane and drive along the A6 for approximately one mile where you will then indicate left leaving the A6. At the mini roundabout take a left and Sorrel Bank will be on your right-hand side.

If approaching from the M60, take junction 16 for Salford and take a left onto Bolton Rd. Continue for approximately 1.5 miles and you will then approach a large roundabout. Take the 2nd exit onto the A6 Broad street and keep in the left-hand lane. Take the first left off the A6 and at turn right at the bottom of the Road onto Charles Street. Drive under the bridge then turn right onto Langworthy Rd. You will then arrive at a mini roundabout. Take the third exit and carry straight on. Sorrel Bank will be on your right-hand side after approximately 100 yards.

We have free secure parking for you. Park in the car park. Do not block the ramp.

Sorrel Bank is easily accessible from Manchester City Centre and surrounding areas, we have a bus stop outside and buses number 8, 36, 37, 67 and 100 drop off and pick up.

If travelling by tram, take the Eccles line to Langworthy Tram station. From here walk straight up Langworthy Rd and turn right at the top of the road. Sorrel Bank is on the right-hand side after approx. 5 minutes’ walk.

We have a small bike rack available for bicycles.

Sorrel bank has full disabled access via the ramp next to the Chemist. We have a lift to take visitors to most floors. To access my floor there are a few steps where the lift does not go. If you need full lift access, let me know when booking.

Fully adapted bathroom facilities are available on the ground floor of the building.

I look forward to welcoming you.
