Kristina is a women's wellness yoga therapist specialising in trauma-informed practice and is also an experienced bodyworker and Myofascial release therapist. Kristina has been teaching yoga and treating clients since 2010 in private practice, schools and in the third sector.
As a survivor, practitioner, teacher and therapist, Kristina has a gift for working intuitively with what arises during each session and meeting the client in each moment, where they are. Kristina is motivated by a belief in our own ability to heal, integrate and access a deeper awareness of ourselves and how we move through the world.
Kristina can offer one-on-one sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, or simply want to deepen your yoga practice, Kristina can help to create a holistic, sustainable plan for your wellbeing.
Kristina is a member of Yoga Scotland, The Scottish Massage Therapist Institute and an accredited trauma informed practitioner, bound by their ethics and guidelines.
